Very comfortable, I have the sweatpants and the short version is just perfect! Especially for lounging around the house!

I have several Ponto shorts and joggers. The length is perfect for an athletic look. The part about these shorts is the soft fabric. I’m 5’6”and I usually wear a 32”/M but these fit perfect in a small.
