Yes... long size is key
I'm 5'8", 149lbs and have the jogger in both a medium regular length and medium long length. I wish I had all long length. Great fit. In fact, I think a small long length might be better than the medium.

Best jogger ever!
I consider the Performance Jogger "my uniform". Wear them daily in so many colors. Can be dressed a bit too. My only complaint is the sizes vary. I usually wear a small but some are huge and so I bought XS, then back to small. A bit frustrating at this price....
