A podcast advertised at 20% off link, once I accessed the link, the 20% off remained in my cart up until purchase. I was signed in to my Vuori account through the whole process, but the moment I submitted my payment, the 20% off fell off and I paid full price. I reached out to Customer Service twice. Both times I was told they would not honor the discount. I’m glad they are going to notify the podcast hosts that the promo is for new customer, but they didn’t address the fact that the discount stayed in my cart up until the transaction. Even when I was signed in. All in all, I’m going to stick with Lululemon purely based off the way this was handled.
