This is my go to shirt for pickleball and running especially on hot humid days in the summer.  It is lightweight and breathable and allows the sweat to evaporate away quickly.  The other benefit is that it does not retain moisture and drys quickly to help with keeping the funk out of the clothes that I have with other shirts.
